Lake In The Dunes is one of Oregon's original private lake fly fishing destinations. Just 90 minutes south east of Bend, Oregon, it is a quick escape for any full day or multi-day fly fishing retreat.

For 30 plus years Lake In The Dunes has been known for its crystal clear artisan well waters and private lake fishery. This pure water feeds into five lakes creating a mature, and healthy environment to grow trophy sized rainbow trout. They produce some of the bet aquatic hatches in the state of Oregon. Chironmids, damsels, dragonflies, scuds, and an array of mayflies are just a few of those hatches that continues to bring anglers back to Lake In The Dunes year after year.

Float tube fishing or spot and stalk wade methods are the best options to cover the water when fly fishing Lake In The Dunes.

Let us be your guide or choose to do it yourself, either way your fly fishing adventure is booked exclusively to your ?group.

If you want action packed days, spend them trolling the lakes in your float tube or stalking rainbows from the banks. There will be more opportunities to catch trophy sized rainbows than you can imagine.

If you prefer more laid back days, break up your fishing adventure by sight seeing the property or relaxing in our cabin. The cabin is the perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm. It sleeps five singles comfortably.

Direct adventures also offers over 250 miles of famous river fishing for Salmon, Steelhead and Trout with guided multi-day trips. It starts high in the Cascade Mountains, by Lava Lake, then flows north reaching its destination at the mouth of the Columbia River. The Deschutes River is what makes Oregon's fly fishing famous, consisting of three different sections, all featuring their own fishing styles and species. Visit our website for more information.
