Your day begins with a hearty breakfast featuring oatmeal pancakes adorned with apple sauté, whipped cream, apple-wood smoked bacon, and fresh berries. After a day of trout fishing adventures, your guide treats you to a riverbank lunch with marinated grilled tri-tip, smoky vegetables, herb-infused potato salad, and lemon bars. As evening approaches, indulge in libations accompanied by succulent huckleberry-glazed quail wrapped in endive, followed by a savory entrée of grilled herb and garlic rack of lamb, sweet potato gratin, crisp green beans, and red rhubarb confit. Save room for a delightful cheesecake mousse with rum-poached plums and a cup of decaf to cap off your day.
