When planning your trip to our Lodge, remember to pack smart. Our high elevation means changing weather, so be ready for all seasons in a single day. Stay hydrated due to the dry climate, and bring a water bottle. Dress in layers, avoiding cotton, and pack a waterproof rain jacket. Don’t forget polarized sunglasses for eye protection and spotting fish. Pack long johns for colder days or shorts for warmer ones. Wear heavy wool socks under your waders. A wide-brimmed hat shields you from the sun. Include personal care items like insect repellent and sunscreen, and bring spare eyewear. Don’t miss capturing memories with your camera, and bring along some reading material for relaxation.
