The Ranch’s hospitality is extended to a limited number of definite bookings. Cancellations early in the summer cannot be replaced. It is therefore agreed that in case of cancellation, the reservation deposit of 35% will not be refunded unless space reserved can be filled, less a 25% cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within 90 days of your arrival date, then your deposit is non-refundable.

    Planning a trip to the Spotted Horse Ranch involves booking a stay well in advance, especially for the popular summer months. The ranch is open from May 19th to October 15th, with specific periods requiring minimum stays: three nights from May 19th to June 2nd and from August 31st to October 15th, and six nights from June 2nd to August 31st. Guests should consider the range of activities offered and make reservations for guided fishing trips, overnight pack trips, and other excursions ahead of time. Checking in is at 4:00 pm, and visitors are advised to ensure all necessary forms for activities, such as white water rafting and rodeo participation, are completed prior to arrival to secure their spots.
