Bayview Resort is a peaceful and friendly retreat located on the shores of Six Mile Bay, part of Devils Lake, North Dakota. Just 8 miles west of the city, it offers breathtaking sunset views, excellent fishing opportunities, and a serene environment for visitors looking to escape their busy lives. The resort is family-owned and operated by Gary and Connie Verville, along with Tammy Hornbacher, who have a deep-rooted connection to the area. Whether guests come for world-class fishing, hunting, or simply to relax, Bayview Resort ensures a welcoming and memorable stay.

Overnight sites require full unrefundable payment to reserve your dates. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. You are responsible for the full time reserved. We do not have a cancellation policy.  If you must cancel your cabin reservation and we are able to fill your time, you will be refunded minus a $50 handling fee. If we are unable to fill your reservation, you will lose your deposit.

Bayview Resort offers spacious, fully furnished cabins with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The cabins accommodate 7-9 guests and include two bedrooms with bedding (1 Queen, 1 Full, 5 Twins, and 1 Rollaway bed). Each cabin has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer, Dish TV, a gas grill, and a two-car garage. A full deck provides stunning views of Six Mile Bay. Additionally, the resort offers overnight RV sites with 20-, 30-, and 50-amp full hook-ups for guests traveling with their rigs.

Bayview Resort provides a range of amenities to enhance guests’ comfort and convenience. The cabins come fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, Dish TV, and a washer and dryer. Each cabin has a full deck with scenic views, as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking. For RV travelers, the resort offers full hook-ups with water, sewer, and electricity (20/30/50 amp). The lakeside location allows guests to enjoy fishing directly from the dock, along with easy access to hunting and other outdoor activities.

Meals

Bayview Resort provides fully equipped kitchens in its cabins, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The kitchens include all necessary appliances and cookware. Outdoor enthusiasts can also use the gas grills available at each cabin for barbecuing. Since the resort is only 8 miles from the city, guests can visit local restaurants for dining options or shop for groceries to stock up for their stay.

    While Bayview Resort is known for its world-class fishing, guests can also enjoy a variety of other activities.     When planning a trip to Bayview Resort, guests should consider the best season for their activities. Peak fishing season runs from May to October, with a minimum stay of 7 nights during this period (Saturday to Saturday). Off-season stays (November to April) require a minimum of 2 nights. Reservations require a 50% deposit for cabins, while overnight RV site bookings require full, non-refundable payment. Guests should pack accordingly for outdoor activities, including fishing and hunting gear, and plan for groceries if they wish to cook in the fully equipped kitchens. The resort is easily accessible from Devils Lake via Highway 19 and 48th Street.
